How long does a typical Victoria Falls tour take?

Our standard Victoria Falls guided tour takes approximately 2-3 hours, including time to walk through the rainforest, view all 16 viewpoints, and take photos. We also offer half-day tours (4-5 hours) that include additional activities like the bridge walk, and full-day tours (8-10 hours) that combine multiple experiences such as the falls, cultural tours, and sunset cruises.

What should I bring on a Victoria Falls tour?

We recommend bringing: waterproof clothing or a raincoat (especially during wet season), comfortable walking shoes, a camera with waterproof protection, sunscreen, a hat, insect repellent, and a small backpack. During the wet season, you'll get very wet from the spray, so waterproof bags for electronics are essential. We provide raincoats, but bringing your own ensures a better fit.

Are the tours suitable for children and elderly visitors?

Yes, our Victoria Falls tours are suitable for all ages. The main walkway is well-maintained and relatively flat, making it accessible for most visitors. However, some viewpoints require walking on wet, slippery surfaces. We can customize tours for families with young children or visitors with mobility concerns. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We offer flexible cancellation policies. Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date. Cancellations made 24-48 hours before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows are non-refundable. In case of weather-related cancellations or circumstances beyond our control, we offer full refunds or the option to reschedule. Yes, all our tours are fully insured and we prioritize safety above all else. Our vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected, our guides are trained in first aid and safety procedures, and we follow all local safety regulations.
